We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
If an exchange or warranty replacement is approved, customers are also responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back to them.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.
Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship.
The warranty does not cover any shipping costs—only the product itself is covered.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper use are not covered under warranty.
