FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Two customers at a time are allowed. We kindly ask to wear a mask, to use the disinfectant liquid gel provided at the site, and also strictly observe the 2-meter social distancing parameter at all times.

Our outlet store's regular business hours during the week are from 8:00 AM to 4 PM, and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays. The business hours may change without any prior notice and we kindly ask you to check our Contact page for latest updates.

The in-store pickups are generally processed within 1-2 hrs of placing the order, we recommend calling prior to coming to the store to ensure the order is ready and packed.

We currently list the best sellers and the products we manufacture on our website. If you have a product number, I can get pricing and charge you manually.
We recommend placing an order online. That being said, we can take your order and issue an invoice via email if you provide one.

We do not anodize our products. It is pure natural aluminum without any additives.
